All graphics sold through VECTOLIA are digital products delivered electronically.
Digital items are automatically provided to the customer upon completion of payment via Etsy.

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or process exchanges for digital products.

By purchasing from VECTOLIA, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing a digital item with no physical delivery.

  • Files are provided automatically after payment and considered accessible upon purchase.

  • No cancellations or refunds will be issued once access to the file has been granted.
